June 2025

Love Ludington Weekend
June 6–7
Kick off the summer with a community celebration featuring a street party, live music, kids’ games, bounce houses, a car show, food, drinks, and more in Downtown Ludington.

Back to the Bricks Car Show
June 9
Experience a classic car show as approximately 250 vintage vehicles cruise into Ludington, accompanied by DJ music and a live performance.

Teen Summer Craft Time
June 9, 12:00 PM – 2:30 PM
Teens can engage in creative crafting activities at the Mason County District Library.

LACA Summer Concert Series
June 18 & 25, 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Enjoy live music at Waterfront Park featuring performances by the Rodney Whitaker Ensemble and Planet D Nonet.

Pure Ludington Sunset Beach Bonfires
Thursdays, June 26 – August 28
Gather at Stearns Park Beach for weekly bonfires, live music, and stunning sunsets over Lake Michigan.

July 2025

Freedom Festival
July 3–4
Celebrate Independence Day with a children’s and pet parade on July 3 at Waterfront Park, followed by a grand parade and fireworks on July 4 in Downtown Ludington.

Ludington Offshore Classic
July 14–20
Witness one of the premier fishing tournaments on Lake Michigan, featuring competitions for professionals, amateurs, women, and youth, all vying for cash prizes.

Rhythm & Dunes Concert Series
July 26
Enjoy a free concert at Waterfront Park featuring “Monsters of Yacht,” with food vendors available from 5:00 PM and music starting at 6:00 PM.

LACA Summer Concert Series
Wednesdays in July, 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Weekly concerts at Waterfront Park showcasing local and regional musical talents.

August 2025

Western Michigan Fair
August 5–9
Experience a traditional county fair at the Mason County Fairgrounds, featuring a midway, demolition derby, harness horse racing, entertainment, exhibits, and carnival rides.

Rhythm & Dunes Concert Series
August 2
Enjoy a free concert at Waterfront Park featuring “Klay N’ The Mud,” with food vendors starting at 5:00 PM and music at 6:00 PM.

Suds on the Shore Craft Beer & Wine Festival
August 16
Sample offerings from 60 brewers across Michigan, enjoy live music, and savor food from local trucks. All proceeds benefit the United Way of Mason County.
